가족사정 때문에 갑작스러운 휴학으로 인해 계약을 양도해야하는 상황이나 개인적으로 방과 시설들이 너무 맘에들어요 ㅎㅎ
현재 변호사 공부중이라 계약서도 꼼꼼히 읽었으니 (ㅎㅎ) 연락만 주시면 바로 양도 진행 할게요!
지금 빨리 처리해야하는 상황인지라 혹시 Student Accommodation 관련 광고 올릴 수 있는데 추가로 알고계시다면 정보도 감사합니다.

- 5 grocery stores (M&S, Sainsbury's, Aldi, etc) within 7 min walk
- 4 bus stations within 3min walk
- Lots of cute cafes and bars near!

On-site gym (무료로 24시간 사용가능), 24/7 reception, cinema room, study spaces, laundry room, and more!

- Willing to provide (so you can move right in w/o having to buy more things!):

shoe rack (fits 18-ish shoes)
bathroom amenities (shower supply hanger)
laundry basket
trash bin
cleaning materials (sanitising sprays, floor wipes, floor wiping attachment)
cushions (for the window seat!)

I really really like the room, the community and the building amenities–just had to take an unexpected gap year
